OUR FOUNDER - Phil Collins

Phil Collins who is the founder and CEO of Church Guardian Risk Management Solutions, is an ordained minister, pastor and has first hand experience with violence in the "church place" He has experience firsthand an active shooter event at a church he pastored.

With 30 years experience as a professional consultant/analyst in security, safety, risk and management, Phil is recognized as an experienced leader in developing and implementing risk management, security and safety solutions for churches and places of worship.

As an experienced corporate and national security consultant Phils vision for Church Guardian, is to equip clients with the necessary tools to protect those who work at and attend churches and places of worship.
